Hello World!
Good Audience has been doing social media and community management since 2013. We’ve worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes. From early stage to late stage. From B2B to e-commerce. From big brands to mom & pop shops. After working on over 3,000 social media profiles, we found the biggest impact we make is with startups.
Wonderful organizations that have supported us from the beginning. From household brands to up and coming startups.
We deliver growth to your social media profiles using a combination of handcrafted content, machine targeting with artificial intelligence, and tapping into brains that have grown companies into millions in revenue. Additionally, we have an internal influencer network, a media publication with 250K readers a month, and access to over 200 journalists.
Why startups love Good Audience
Organizations like these need to move fast and get more done with very little resources. It is about both growth and survival. Some startups need enough traction to reach the next stage of funding. Others need to to acquire enough customers to grow organically from revenue. Startups depend on us like their legal, accounting, or PR firm.
LinkedIn is important because it is a the only social media platform where we have direct access to our target market (market researchers) and can share content for free. We are a B2B company so our prospects research us on LinkedIn. I am the only person in the company managing the page and hired Good Audience to really ramp things up.
We’re ready to go to war with you
Good Audience was built from the ground up to thrive in the startup environment. All the way from the early stage to the growth stage. Going from 0 to 1 is the most fun and also the most difficult part of the startup journey. We are honored to go to battle with you.
Good Audience was a startup too. We participated in the Techstars accelerator, raised a small round from VCs and angel investors, and became a successful startup purely funded with real revenue from customers. It was a long and tough road, but we made it and you will too. The video below was during our time at Techstars where we were featured on Bloomberg TV. If you’re inclined, get a glimpse of how our journey started.
We’re better than alternatives
Hiring an employee, freelancer, or contractor usually requires training them to come up to speed with the industry and the market. Making the wrong hire is very common and you might need to fire them. Hiring an intern usually means they have very limited marketing experience. It could take months of learning on the job before you see results. Startups do not have the luxury of waiting a few months.
These risks are eliminated with Good Audience. We have the knowledge, skills, expertise, and network to become part of your team the day you sign up.
Getting engagement is tough for any startup that is just beginning. Our favorite is growing from 0 to something.
We’re cheaper than alternatives
It is not uncommon to hear our clients paying $10,000–20,000 a month to a mediocre firm before discovering Good Audience. Agencies are still locking startups into hefty contracts. That doesn’t even include the budget they require you to spend on ads. Many companies don’t even look at agencies because they think they will be too expensive or hard to work with. It is true.
Our productized service helps companies grow on social media with a predictable flat monthly subscription as low as $299/month. Imagine the growth marketing team you could put together with a few of our subscriptions. You will have the best remote employees working on your social media accounts.

Not only that, they came up with creative campaigns for us and identified the right influencers to target. Additionally, they provide excellent performance reports which I was able to share directly with our Board and investors. The team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with — do yourself a favor and try them out!”

“As a top producing realtor, I’m always looking to take my business to the next level. Good Audience was highly recommended by other agents using social media to generate leads. They’ve ramped up my community quickly, developed content they loved and are getting me in contact with buyers/sellers in the area!”
— Chanh Nguyen, Realtor
“I’ve built several fashion brands from the ground up and am seasoned in the social media game. So I know how to use it to generate product sales. The hardest part is being consistently active on all channels daily. The team at Good Audience took all of that pain off my plate and saving me hours every day!”

What is the process like?
We have a simple streamlined process. You can sign up and start working with a social media and community manager starting today (assuming you were approved from the waitlist) if you to need ramp up your marketing and growth efforts immediately.
Apply for our waitlist and wait to get accepted. We are currently 2–3 weeks out before we can accept any new startups to work with. You should apply for the waitlist now if you want to be at the front of the queue then.
Wait for approval from the waitlist. If approved, you will get a link to sign up for our flat monthly subscriptions.
Start the on-boarding with us. We will learn about your startup, your vision, the problem you’re tackling, your product solution, and your target market. Then we will flush out strategy and tactics internally we think will work based on our experience growing 3,000 accounts.
Give us access to social media accounts. Make us admins on LinkedIn and Facebook. Securely share passwords for Twitter and Instagram. Then we can start developing handcrafted content for you, engage with potential customers on different social media channels, and start hitting your marketing goals.
Open lines of communication and feedback. Our worst engagements are when clients don’t say anything for months. We need to know the latest on the startup, call-to-actions to make, promotions you’re running, and what leads you successfully closed from our marketing efforts. All this is done via email so that our social media and community managers can give you the best support possible and reference back on action items.
Review weekly analytics from the social media channels. Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook all have superb analytics dashboards you should get familiar with and track. You should be tying this into your sales dashboards to track the entire flow from new social media follower to paying customer.
Discuss action items. If you can visually show engagement that led to a sale, you know where to double and triple down on efforts. If we are bringing leads (through our marketing efforts) and you are not making sales, we could potentially identify sales or product issues.
For this B2B company, February 11 was a great day. Over 200 prospects visited this company’s LinkedIn profile to research them.
Since this B2B company is targeting software developers, it’s a good sign that the top job function for visitors this day is 39 engineers! LinkedIn looks very promising for leads.
Why you should apply to our waitlist?
We are different from other social media agencies because we focus on more than just followers. Followers don’t always equate to sales. We track several levels deeper and are more measurable. In B2B companies, for example, the stakes here are higher. You will probably focus on LinkedIn and live under the analytics section for your company. You can see page views (the number of prospects researching your company on LinkedIn), followers (the number of prospects now following your LinkedIn company page), and updates (the number of engagements and impressions on all the content your prospects are seeing you post).
Good Audience is like hiring a remote employee or contractor. Only we are more affordable, on a subscription basis, and not on a contract. Many of our clients describe us as an organic hands-free growth tool that would allow you to focus on other tasks that are core to your product and business.
